Directions drom 195 East and West:
Take the Gano Street exit (heading east it is #3; heading west it is off the Washington Bridge #3). At the bottom of the exit ramp take a right onto Gano Street. Follow Gano Street to the corner of Gano and Power (just after the Dunkin' Donuts on the right, which is a yellow blinking light).
Take a left onto Power Street and over Ives and Powers Streets. At the next intersection, take a right onto Cooke Street (the street sign is on the pole to the left). There is a large purple victorian house on the corner. The Aldrich House (situated with the Rhode Island Historical Society) is two blocks up on the left at the corener of Cooke and Beneveloent Street. There is a lrage sign at the corner inside the fence around the Aldrich House.

VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - 100 Cambridge Street is the high-rise behind the new brick shops and condos at the corner of Cambridge and Bowdoin Streets, opposite the Bowdoin stop on the Blue Line. Connections are possible via the Orange line at State Street. Other nearby stops include Government Center on the Green line, and Park Street and Charles Street on the Red Line. It is a ten minute walk from North Station: if coming from the Orange line, turn left (if coming from the Commuter Rail, turn right) in front of the station onto Causeway Street, which becomes Staniford St. Go straight up Staniford Street until it ends at Cambridge Street. Take a left on to Cambridge Street and go one block to the corner of Cambridge and New Chardon Streets. 100 Cambridge Street is on the far corner.

FROM I-93 NORTH (Boston/Salem, NH):

FROM MAINE:

Take Route 95 to 101 West. Continue along Route 101 until you come to where it joins Route 93, at which time you will bear right and take Route 93 North.

Continue briefly along Route 93 North and take exit 8 (Wellington Rd/Bridge St Exit), bearing right all the way to the end of the ramp. Proceed straight (west) to the second traffic light. (This intersection is Bridge St. & Mammoth Rd.) Continue on Bridge Street to the sixth traffic light (Bridge & Elm Streets).

FROM Southern NH:

Head North on the Everett Turnpike past the tollbooth. Take the Granite Street exit (exit 5) in Manchester. At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a right onto Granite Street.

For short-term parking (up to two hours):

Proceed across Granite Street Bridge. At the second traffic light, take a left onto Canal Street. Proceed north on Canal Street and take your third right onto Middle Street. Travel one block, parking lot is on your left. Park in a "non-metered" space and see parking lot attendant for a pass. Our receptionist will validate your pass.

Note - Lot attendant usually leaves by 3:30pm.

You will be on the backside of our office, which is the tallest building on Elm Street. Cross Franklin Street and walk towards our office; come through the side entrance and take the elevator to the eight floor.

For parking over 2 hours, park in the garage at the Holiday Inn/Center of NH.

Proceed across Granite Street Bridge past two sets of traffic lights. The entrance into the parking garage is a few feet beyond, on your left. Once parked, exit the hotel on the Elm Street side. Travel north on the left side of Elm St. for two blocks. Enter at 900 Elm Street; the elevators are located to the right of the security attendant.

Exit to the right, and follow to the jughandle turn located just past the Massachusetts Army National Guard building on the right. Take the jughandle. From Points West Via the Massachusetts Turnpike (Mass Pike):

Once in the Cummings Center:
Upon turning into the Cummings Center from Rte. 62 you will be on Center Drive. The 900 Cummings Center building is located to the left of Center Drive (the top right corner of the building is marked 900). After passing the guardhouse directly ahead take a left and then a right. The entrance is marked with a Maroon 107W flag and directly across from the west parking garage walkway. Upon entering the building there will be a flight of stairs to your left or you may wish to take the elevator, which is located just down the hall to the right. Outdoor lots on Northern Avenue and Seaport Boulevard are also available. However, Spirit of Boston does not offer any discounts or validation. Parking rates vary from $7 to $10 per day. From the North:

Heading southbound on Interstate 93 Boston, take Exit 23, High Street. At the bottom of the ramp, proceed straight onto Purchase Street.
Take the first left onto Congress Street.
Take the next left onto Atlantic Avenue.
Take the next right onto Seaport Boulevard and follow for approximately 1 mile.
The Spirit of Boston will be on your left next to the World Trade Center.

From the South via I-93:

Heading northbound on Interstate 93 towards Boston, take Exit 20, which will be immediately after Exit 18. Follow the signs to I-90 East and South Boston.
Take the South Boston exit.
Follow signs to Seaport Blvd. At the first set of lights, take a right onto Congress Street.
At the next traffic light, take a left onto B Street.
The Spirit of Boston is located at the end of the street at the corner of B Street and Seaport Boulevard.

From the West via Storrow Drive:

Take Storrow Drive East to Leverett Circle, and follow signs for Interstate 93 South/Logan Airport.
Once on Interstate 93 South, Take Exit 23, High Street
At the bottom of the ramp, proceed straight onto Purchase Street.
Take the first left onto Congress Street.
Take the next left onto Atlantic Avenue.
Take the next right onto Seaport Boulevard and follow for approximately 1 mile.
The Seaport Boulevard entrance to the Seaport Garage will be on the right, just past the Seaport Boulevard/B Street Intersection.

From the West via Massachusetts Turnpike:

Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike /Interstate 90 East to Exit 25 - S. Boston.
Follow signs to Seaport Boulevard.
At the first set of lights, take a right onto Congress Street.
At next traffic light, take a left onto B Street.
The Spirit of Boston is located at the end of the street at the corner of B Street and Seaport Blvd.

From the North (Boston)

Route 128 to 95 South. Go about 6 miles on 95 South to the third exit, Exit 10, which reads Coney Street, Sharon/Walpole. Take a left on Coney Street. Go 4/10 of a mile to the first left, Edgehill Road. Go 6/10 of a mile on Edgehill to the first left, Tiot Street. Spring Valley is 1/10 mile on the right hand side.

From the South (Providence, RI)

Go North on Route 95 to Exit 9, which read Walpole, Route 1 to 27. Take exit and proceed on Route 1 North approximately 1 mile to set of lights at Route 27 intersection. Take right at lights and proceed 1 mile to stop sign. Go straight through the intersection. This is Edgehill Road. Go 6/10 of a mile on Edgehill to the first left, Tiot Street. Spring Valley is 1/10 of a mile on the right hand side.

Directions:
From any direction, follow Route 93. (If you are coming into Manchester from Route 101 from either the seacoast or the western part of the state, be sure to pick up Route 93 NORTH.) Take exit 9S off of Route 93. That will lead you onto Hooksett Road (Daniel Webster Highway No.) We are located approximately 1 mile off the exit on the left hand side immediately after the Bonneville Dodge and State Motors. Look for us in the Pappas Room.

From Route 95 South:
Take Exite 22 (Downtown/Hartford, CT). You will immediately see a fork in the exit. Bear left towards Route 6 West. Follow the Hartford, CT sign onto Route 10 South (bear to the left). Follow Route 10 to the Cranston Street Exit. Bear right off the exit. At the traffic light take a left onto Cranston Street. TACO, Inc. is 1 mile up on your left at the corner of Cranston and Burnham Streets. It is a large red brick building. Park across the street from the main entrance.

From Route 95 North:
Take Exit 16 (Cranston). Bear to your left onto Route 10. Follow Route 10 to the Industrial Park/Cranston Street Exit. Turn left at the traffic light and continue straight to the intersection. At the intersection, take a left onto Cranston Street. TACO, Inc. is 1 mile up on the left at the corner of Cranston and Burnham Streets. It is a large red brick building. Park across the street from the main entrance.

FROM CAPE COD:

Take Rte. 495 West to Exit 14 (Route 1 North – Foxboro Stadium). Once past the Stadium on your right, count to the third traffic light (Bickford’s Grille is on your left). Turn left at the third light onto Common Street. Go about 200 yards. At this point, Common Street bears to the left or Old Post Road goes straight. Go Straight onto Old Post Road, which turns into Baker Street. Walpole Country Club is on the left about ¾ of a mile.

FROM RHODE ISLAND:

Take Rte. 95 North to Exit 9 (Route 1 North). Immediately get in the left lane and follow the signs for Route 1 South. Once on Route 1 South, get over to the right lane, and continue to first set of traffic lights (Bickford’s Grille is on your right). Turn right onto Common Street and go about 200 yards. Directions:
From Points North
Take I-95 to Exit 2A (Newport Avenue - Route 1A). Follow Newport Avenue until you come to a T-intersection (approximately 5-6 miles). At the T-intersection with Pawtucket Avenue, turn left. (there will be a Mobil Gas Station on your right.) Turn right onto Wilson Avenue at the next traffic light (approximately 200 yards). Wilson Avenue will fork immediately. Bear right at this fork onto Hoyt Avenue. Go through one stop sign and Wannamoisett will be on your right.

From Points South:
Take I-95 North to I-195 East. From I-195 East, take Exit 6 (Broadway). Turn right at the end of the ramp, and right at the first traffic light. This will put you on North Broadway. Follow North Broadway for approximately 2 miles, or 8 traffic lights, until you reach the light at Greenwood Ave. Turn left onto Greenwood, follow it all the way to the end. Wannampisett will be across the street.

From East
Take I-95 South to Exit 27A (Totten Pond Road). Go over the bridge and at the first set of lights, turn right onto 3rd Avenue. The hotel will be on the left.

From Boston Logan International Airport
Follow the signs to the Ted Williams Tunnel then to Interstate 90 West. Continue to Interstate 95/Route 128 North. Exit at 27A (Totten Pond Road). Make a sharp right turn onto 3rd Avenue and the hotel will be on the left.

From West
Take I-90/Massachusetts Turnpike to Route 95 North. Take Exit 27A (Totten Pond Road). Make a sharp right onto 3rd Avenue and the hotel will be on the left.

From South
Take Route 84 East to I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike). Continue to I-95/Route 128 North and take Exit 27A (Totten Pond Road). Make a sharp right turn onto 3rd Avenue and the hotel will be on the left.
