Nicole joins AAFCPAs as a commercial Audit Partner with over 18 years of experience in public accounting at national & global public accounting firms serving the New England marketplace.
Nicole advises diverse commercial clients with complex revenue models, including: early-stage venture-backed companies, middle market privately-held companies, and mid-sized, multinational SEC registrants. She provides sound financial management advice to clients in the specialty areas of: SEC reporting; mergers, acquisitions & Initial Public Offerings; revenue recognition; stock option & equity-based compensation plans; lease accounting; and derivative financial instruments. She also has extensive experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS Standards).
