Former SBANE Chairman Andrew Botti,of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, who specializes in non-competition law, took to the airwaves of 90.9 WBUR, Boston’s NPR News Station to debate the value of the current Massachusetts Non-Compete Laws with Scott Kirsner, a columnist at the Boston Globe.
