Luann Edwards is the founder of Socially Professional, LLC and, until recently, was the global social media strategist at FM Global in Johnston, Rhode Island. In this role, she developed and managed a comprehensive global social media program. Prior to that, Edwards managed meetings and events – locally, nationally and globally - for the same company for more than a decade.
Edwards is fascinated by technology and is an early adopter of new media. She is an avid student of digital and social media, completing the Interactive Media master’s program, as well as the Advanced Graduate Certificate in Social Media, at Quinnipiac University in 2014.
