Wellness expert joins EBS Capstone to advise employers on innovative wellness strategies to build a stronger workforce, reduce worker injury, increase productivity and improve employee satisfaction.
Newton, MA – December 10, 2012- EBS Capstone, a market leader of employment benefit solutions, is pleased to announce that Karolina Starczak has joined the company as Director of Worksite Wellness. Ms. Starczak will continue EBS Capstone’s longstanding mission of providing cutting-edge wellness programs for our clients. In her new role, Ms. Starczak will focus on advising clients on how to develop strategies to bring worksite wellness into their organization and transform employees into more knowledgeable health care consumers.

Prior to joining EBS Capstone, Ms. Starczak has helped develop and execute wellness programming for a multitude of Fortune 500 companies as well as written articles featured on a multitude of digital media outlets such as Shape.com and iVillage.com. Ms. Starczak is a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics from Montclair State University and completed her post-baccalaureate dietetic internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in their highly competitive clinical program.
