Convergent Dental, Inc., is a privately owned dental device company and developer of Solea™, the first FDA approved CO2 9.3 micron dental laser for hard and soft tissue. It’s fast, precise, virtually noiseless and anesthesia-free for the vast majority of procedures. Patients love the experience. Dentists love the dramatically-improved efficiency.
HALO Maritime Defense Systems has developed cutting-edge technology to protect strategic maritime assets such as oil and gas facilities, ports and naval bases, and sensitive coastal assets. Creating an entirely new product class, the company recently completed installing a fully automated marine sea gate at a strategic naval base overseas.
Medrobotics Corporation is a privately funded medical device company in Raynham, MA that has developed the first commercially available flexible robotic surgery platform. The Company’s Flex® System extends the surgeon’s ability to operate in hard-to-reach areas and promises to increase access to minimally invasive surgery for many patients.
Safe and Sound is a non-profit school safety organization, founded by parents who lost children in the Sandy Hook School tragedy. We develop and provide school safety education and resources to help schools better understand, prevent, and respond to school based emergencies. We aim to empower school communities with our unique problem-solving approach to safety for today’s schools.
The New England Center for Children is committed to helping children and families with autism reach their fullest potential. With The Autism Curriculum Encyclopedia, the prescription for autism, NECC is now helping special educators around the world do the same.
